(Houston, Texas - Thursday, July 29, 2010) - The trials for the Colors of Sam Houston Futurity for two-year-old Paints going 350 yards and were held on Thursday, July 29 at Sam Houston Race Park.

Regina Hicks' dueled favored Moons Image throughout their trial before emerging as the fastest qualifier with a neck triumph over that foe in :17.965. The two-year-old sorrel gelding by Country Quick Dash out of the Leaving Memories mare Moonlight N Memories earned a Speed Index of 90 for his effort. He is trained by Gary Jacobs and was ridden to victory by Jose A. Alvarez.
