Special Message from the National HBPA President, John Roark - Disaster Relief
Fellow Horsemen and Horsewomen,
As we are all aware by now, the United States suffered the most shocking and costliest attack of terrorism in its history on Tuesday.
The National HBPA has always prided itself as being an organization that
reaches out to help its brothers and sisters in time of need … of "Horsemen
Helping Horsemen." At this time, I ask that we expand our mission and
that we - in any way possible - lend a helping hand to our communities
and nation.
If possible, where possible, let us donate blood, supplies, money or any support that we can. I urge that horsemen lend a helping hand in this hour of need.
On behalf of the National HBPA office, a donation in the amount of $500 was sent each to the American Red Cross and the Salvation Army on Wednesday. Each organization has posted contact information for information on how we can all help with either cash or blood donations:

Salvation Army

Should you need assistance in gathering information, please call Remi Bellocq in the National HBPA office at (859) 259-0451. Our prayers go out to those who perished as well as all those most affected by this tragedy.
John Roark
President,
