Many Texas horsemen can now renew their Texas Racing Commission (TRC) license online through the Texas Online web portal. All it takes is your current license number, your date of birth, and your contact information. Renewals can be paid for online with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or an electronic check.
