(Houston, Texas - Saturday, March 23, 2024) - On Saturday, March 23, the Texas Horse Racing Hall of Fame held its annual gala at Sam Houston Race Park to induct its 2024 honorees. This year's honorees included Leon Bard, Tommy & Johanna Bullard, Ken Carson, Tommie Morgan, Danny Shifflett, and the Thoroughbred racehorse Triple Sec.

In addition to inducting this year's honoree class at the brunch event, Texas Racing Commission Executive Director Amy Cook was bestowed the Jo Ann Weber Distinguished Service Award.
