(Austin, Texas - January 14, 2011) - The Texas Racing Commission released today a report titled, "Study of the Current State of Horse and Greyhound Racing in Texas and Industry Recommendations for Improvement." The report covers such topics as illegal gaming and Internet wagering, advance deposit wagering, county fair racing, video lottery terminals, Instant Racing Machines and exchange wagering.
