The deadline to return ballots to the Texas Horsemen's Parternship office for the Texas Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association (THBPA)'s election has been extended one week until next Friday, January 26 because of the winter storm that caused delays in mail delivery in the south central part of the country. All ballots must be received by January 26 in order to be counted in the election.
