(Austin, Texas - September 10, 2010) - The Texas Horsemen's Partnership (THP)'s Boards of Directors voted today to endorse a plan for 2011 race dates that has been agreed upon by the THP, the Texas Class 1 racetracks, and the state's breed associations. The agreement has been submitted to the Texas Racing Commission (TxRC) for consideration at the agency's regularly scheduled meeting in Austin on Tuesday, September 14. The TxRC is expected to set the 2011 racing calendar for Texas at that meeting.
