Manor Downs near Austin, Texas, has changed its entry schedule and scratch time for its 2003 racing meets. The track is scheduled to kick off its live racing year with a Quarter Horse meet from March 1 through March 30 on Saturdays and Sundays, with a first post of 1:30 p.m. Gates open at 12:30 p.m.

Manor notes that the condition book is correct, and the new entry day is nine (9) days prior to the race day, with the scratch time being at 48 hours before race day at 9:00 a.m.

Manor also announced that ATOE payments for all stakes will be backed up six (6) days. Below is Manor's new entry and scratch schedule:
