The Paddock Foundation to Host Roses to Ribbons Horse Fair Supporting Thoroughbred Aftercare Saturday, July 11 at Lone Star Park
(Grand Prairie, Texas - Saturday, July 4, 2015) - The Paddock Foundation is hosting the Roses to Ribbons Old Fashioned Horse Fair event at Lone Star Park to help find a new home for Thoroughbred racehorses nearing the end of their racing career.
The Roses to Ribbons Old Fashioned Horse Fair will be held at Lone Star Park on Saturday, July 11 at 11:00 a.m. and is open to the public.
There will be horses available for sale and a chance to meet with racehorse trainers and tell them what kind of horse you are looking for. Private sales will be negotiated between buyers and sellers. Horses will be presented walking in hand in the paddock where prospective buyers can view all available horses. The Roses to Ribbons Old Time Horse Fair is an opportunity to showcase these special Thoroughbreds. This is not an auction! Racehorse re-homing organizations will be there, as well as a tack swap and sell. Concessions will be available.
